Live by the Sword is a sonically frantic exercise, with hushed vocal chants and guitar-forward motion. The song’s thrust is powered by the mid-tempo tension that has become such a definitive hallmark of Movements‘ sound. It clangs, it clatters, and it’s everything that fans of the band and this genre know and love about Movements.
Movements will embark on a U.S. headline tour in October, with support from Balance and Composure, Midrift, and NIIS. Most recently, Movements toured Australia nationally supporting Pierce The Veil on their sold out arena run.
