Luca Brasi announce 2026 Australian Tour

by

Aussie rock mainstays Luca Brasi will celebrate the 10-year anniversary of their landmark 2016 album If This Is All We’re Going To Be with a national tour this May and June, alongside a limited gold vinyl repress.

Ten years ago, If This Is All We’re Going To Be landed in our lives. It soundtracked sharehouses, long drives, messy breakups, big wins, small losses and the kind of nights that blur into early mornings.

Originally released in 2016, the record marked a turning point for Luca Brasi. The songwriting cut deeper, the hooks hit harder, and the connection between band and audience sharpened into something undeniable. Songs that felt intensely personal quickly became communal – shouted choruses, sweat-soaked floors and a sense of belonging that has followed the band from the very beginning.

The album marked their first appearance on the ARIA Album Chart, landed Anything Near Conviction in the triple j Hottest 100 and pushed the band onto bigger stages nationally and internationally. Festival appearances at Laneway, Splendour in the Grass and Falls followed. Tours alongside Alexisonfire, Violent Soho and PUP put them in front of more people than ever before, but the spirit of the early days never shifted.

This May and June, they return to the road to celebrate 10 years of ITIAWGTB, bringing those songs back to where they’ve always made the most sense: the stage. The place where the choruses are loudest, the floors shake a little, and everyone sings like it’s theirs.

If you were there in 2016, you’ll want to be there again. Ten years on, this isn’t just a tour,  it’s a return to the songs that shaped a band and the people who grew alongside them.

Tickets on sale 10am Tuesday, March 3.
