Sublime
Wednesday 1 April: Festival Hall, Melbourne
Thursday 2 April: Bluesfest, Byron Bay
Saturday 4 April: Hordern Pavilion, Sydney
SUBLIME defined an era with their innovative fusion of punk, ska, reggae, and hip-hop — selling more than 20 million records worldwide and inspiring generations of artists. Now, original members Eric Wilson and Bud Gaugh reunite with Jakob Nowell, son of the late Bradley Nowell, for their first-ever Australian tour. While Sublime’s meteoric rise in the 1990s was cut short in 1996, their music went on to achieve global resonance — yet the band never reached Australian stages. In 2026, that changes.
This powerful new chapter launched with Jakob’s acclaimed Coachella debut and a wave of major festival appearances, intimate acoustic performances, and national television moments — including their TODAY Show performance of “Ensenada.”
Their new and first original single in 30 years, “Ensenada” is a breakthrough success, becoming Sublime’s longest-running #1 single ever, spending eight consecutive weeks at #1 on the Billboard Alternative Airplay chart in North America and 15 weeks and counting on the chart— surpassing “What I Got.” The track has collected 11+ million streams, 20+ million TikTok views, and marks the first release from their highly anticipated upcoming album Till The Sun Explodes.
Expect timeless hits – Santeria, What I Got, Wrong Way – performed with a renewed spirit and energy, alongside a band writing its next chapter in real time. Supporting the tour are Australian surf-rock favourites Skegss, bringing their sun-drenched anthems to both sideshows.

Their last record Happiness Bastards earned a GRAMMY nomination for Best Rock Album and a 2025 Rock & Roll Hall of Fame nod, underscoring the band’s continued relevance and influence.
