Wilder than a truckload of tigers on acid, Australian funk-rock mega-giants, Defryme return with a distinctive madness that’ll rip off your ears and put ‘em back on wrong. After taking an extended break to surf the world, hang out with a yogi and bench press gorillas, The Defryme machine has decided to roll back into public life for no reason in particular, other than to rock the fuck out. The band will be playing first up at Frankie’s Pizza in Sydney on Sunday, September 7 and then on Saturday, September 13 at Melbourne’s Cherry Bar.To coincide with their live return, Defryme will release a new single called Audrey, which will be available on iTunes from (Date) The band will also be releasing a brand new album titled XV in the very near future. It will also contain the bands 2010 single Sup which you can listen to HERE
Defryme will play crowd favourites Purekiller, God Inside a Man, Sanity, Therapy, their ridiculously awesome version of Mama Said Knock You Out! and will also feature latest additions The Blackbird and of course the new single Audrey.
Joining Defryme in Sydney are local Sydney legends Graveyard Rockstars who have been gaining huge momentum recently supporting the likes of Wednesday 13 and Misfits. In Melbourne, Three Time Thrill will be sharing the stage and releasing the beast with the Defryme monstrosity!
