The one-time frontman of 80s post-punk band Orange Juice has been behind some of the most distinctive contemporary Indie albums of the last 30 years including Primal Scream, Franz Ferdinand and Belle & Sebastian.
Despite suffering a cerebral hemorrhage in 2005, Collins went on to release 3 full-length albums with ‘Home Again’ in 2007, ‘Losing Sleep’ in 2010 and this year’s ‘Understated’. These works are a true testament to Collins’ determination to write, record and perform; a portrait of a truly untiring and gifted artist.
