JEFF LOOMIS is proud to present the brand-new song “A Liar’s Chain” recorded with his touring line-up consisting of the young talents Joe Nurre (Guitar and Vocals), Anup Sastry (Drums) and Greg Macklin (Bass).
Jeff comments: “A Liar’s Chain is the first of three songs that I recorded with my band to officially debut online. We started playing it live on our last US run and it seemed to go over really well with fans. I had so much fun recording Surrender with Ihsahn on vocals for my last solo album that I wanted to do more songs like that. Joe Nurre, who has been playing guitar in my band for the last year or so, has a pretty killer death metal voice, so I thought it would be perfect to do some more stuff like this with him as well as the rest of the guys.

JEFF LOOMIS’s second solo album “Plains Of Oblivion” was released in April 2012 via Century Media Records. The album was produced by Aaron Smith (7 Horns / Eyes) and features cover artwork by Colin Marks of Rain Song Design, who has previously worked on JEFF’s solo debut “Zero Order Phase” as well as the Nevermore DVD “The Year Of The Voyager”, Bleed From Within, Aborted and many more.
