\"\"<\/a>The spotlights are on: on Friday 20th April, GOTTHARD released the first single from the album \u201cFirebirth\u201d, out on 1st. June. The single, with the name \u201cStarlight\u201d will appear in two versions, a rock and an acoustic variation.<\/p>\n

\u201cStarlight\u201d is the virtual shooting star of album song writing: the song was one of the first that the band wrote together with Nic Maeder, the new member at the microphone. \u201cThe chemistry between us worked immediately\u201d, says guitarist Leo Leoni. \u201cIt is really unusual to be able to sit down together and straightway write a song which is later the single.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cRight from the first, we had a really laid-back atmosphere between us,\u201d agrees Nic Maeder. \u201cIt was therefore not hard to come up with good ideas. It was really good fun from the start!\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cStarlight\u201d is not only the first official single to be released but also the lucky star shining on the new formation\u2019s collaboration.<\/p>\n

Now the first signs of life of this musical \u201cFirebirth\u201d are showing themselves \u2013 strong, catchy and full of life!<\/p>\n

\u201cStarlight\u201d can be found on the playlist of all relevant radio stations. A video clip of the song will follow in the next few weeks \u2026<\/p>\n
