\"\"<\/a>Swedish epic power metallers SABATON have revealed a bunch of details for the bands upcoming album Carolus Rex<\/em>which will be released late May via Nuclear Blast Records.<\/span><\/h1>\n

Swedish epic power metallers SABATON have just unveiled exciting details on their upcoming new studio record \u201cCarolus Rex\u201d \u2013 that will actually be a two-in-one-album – through the following update:<\/p>\n

\u201cWe can now confirm that our new album will be available in both English and Swedish language. \u00a0The topics of the songs will remain quite the same and deals with the Swedish Empire, from it\u2019s rise to it\u2019s fall. \u00a0\u201cCarolus Rex\u201d will be available for purchase on single Swedish CD (Sweden only) and single English CD plus a limited edition which features a double CD with both language versions. The double CD will also feature a different cover artwork.<\/p>\n

The release is set for Europe and in North America the last week of May, but already now you can pre-order the album (click here:\u00a0http:\/\/bit.ly\/yNfscr<\/a>\u00a0) .
\nIt\u2019s produced by Peter T\u00e4gtgren who is also doing guest vocals on one song. During the recording of \u201cCarolus Rex\u201d we also recorded a song where Joakim sings in German, a cover of \u201cFeuer Frei\u201d by RAMMSTEIN.<\/p>\n

Moreover, SABATON have been confirmed as headliner of Polish \u201cWoodstock\u201d festival \u2013 the biggest open air festival in the world with 800.000 (!) visitors expected \u2013 that will take place in Kostrzyn from August 2nd to August 4th 2012 and will be entirely for free.<\/p>\n
