VAN HALEN ANNOUNCES THE RELEASE OF THEIR NEW ALBUM,\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/strong>A DIFFERENT KIND OF TRUTH<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Van Halen, Rock And Roll Hall of Fame inductees and one of the most important and influential rock bands of all time,\u00a0confirmed their new album,\u00a0A Different Kind Of Truth<\/span><\/strong>, will be released in the Australia on February 3, 4 days ahead of the U.S. which releases the album on February 7. The first single from the album,\u00a0\u201cTattoo\u201d<\/a>,\u00a0and its accompanying\u00a0video<\/a>\u00a0will be debuted simultaneously tonight in Australia with album\u00a0pre-orders<\/a>\u00a0starting at the same time. \u00a0A Different Kind Of Truth<\/span>\u00a0is Van Halen’s first original studio album with singer David Lee Roth since the band\u2019s classic multi-platinum album\u00a01984<\/span>.<\/p>\n

Van Halen \u2013 who the\u00a0Los Angeles Times<\/em>\u00a0recently called \u201ca force of nature\u201d and \u201cone of the flat-out greatest rock bands on the planet\u201d \u2013 was inducted into the Rock And Roll Hall of Fame in March of 2007.<\/p>\n

Formed in Los Angeles in 1974, Van Halen changed the rock and roll landscape forever with the release of their self-titled, 1978 debut album displaying unparalleled stage presence, revolutionary musicianship, and extraordinary songwriting abilities.
