Born at the dawn of the rage filled 90\u2019s, HELMET fiercely hold space for multiple generations of alternative fans seeking the vital energy of hostile riffs and inventive metronomic groove.<\/p>\n

With bountiful visits over the last three decades, Helmet share a lovingly long and loyal relationship with Australian\u00a0fans. Returning in 2026, Helmet will deliver inspired and essential moments from across their extensive back catalogue, satiating once again the Australian hunger for a night of drenched intensity.<\/p>\n

Formed in New York\u00a0by Page Hamilton, Helmet rewired heavy music guiding peers like Deftones, Korn, through to Pantera and later Mastodon, to heel to the power of the brutal riff.<\/p>\n

Helmet\u2019s 1992 landmark Meantime album went gold and cemented them as trailblazers of the heavy music scene. From the genre-bending Betty (1994) which included the alt version \u201cMilktoast\u201d on cult 90\u2019s film The Crow, and Aftertaste (1997) to their return with Size Matters (2004) and a string of uncompromising releases through Dead to the World (2016), Left (2023) they remain a critical force.<\/p>\n
