“The song ‘Child At Heart’ is about remaining open and hopeful despite the obstacles of life’s journey,”<\/em>\u00a0says\u00a0Taylor Hanson<\/strong>. “Like a child whose heart is yet to be discouraged by the tribulations of the world.”<\/em><\/p>\n

Premiering earlier this month on American Songwriter, the official music video for\u00a0‘Child At Heart’<\/strong>\u00a0“depicts a series of inflicted wounds and tragedies, which leave my character nearly dead. It’s meant to be a metaphor for the pain of life and love, and the ultimate redemption of his love rejoining him reinforces the song’s message that we have to remain open and hopeful, despite what life throws at us”,<\/em>\u00a0shared\u00a0Taylor Hanson<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Comprising three solo-led projects from\u00a0Taylor, Isaac\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0Zac Hanson<\/strong>,\u00a0RED GREEN BLUE<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0arrives via 3CG Records on\u00a0Friday 20 May<\/strong>; pre-orders are available at\u00a0Hanson.net<\/a>\u00a0now. The album, which marks\u00a0HANSON’s<\/strong>\u00a0milestone\u00a030th<\/sup>\u00a0Anniversary<\/strong>, brings together the band’s three unique creative voices like never before, with a third of the album written and produced by each brother:\u00a0Taylor’s\u00a0RED<\/em><\/strong>,\u00a0Isaac’s\u00a0GREEN<\/em><\/strong>, and\u00a0Zac’s\u00a0BLUE<\/em><\/strong>. The album, which is also, co-produced with\u00a0Jim Scott<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0David Garza<\/strong>,\u00a0<\/strong>amplifies the band’s unique trifecta of sound in a new way which is highlighted through the release of three singles, one featuring each brother. Starting with\u00a0Taylor’s<\/strong>\u00a0emotive rock anthem on\u00a0‘Child At Heart’<\/strong>, followed by\u00a0Isaac’s<\/strong>\u00a0organic and heartwarming\u00a0‘Write You A Song’<\/strong>\u00a0(March 11) and the rock-infused force on\u00a0Zac’s<\/strong>\u00a0‘Don’t Let Me Down’\u00a0<\/strong>(April 15), each song is a clue to the unique musical influences which make up the project.<\/p>\n
