Lead singer\u00a0Lzzy Hale<\/b>\u00a0says, “We started writing this album about three months B.C. (Before COVID).\u00a0 Once we went into lockdown and were unable to perform and tour, I fell into a dark place and something of an identity crisis.\u00a0 This album is the story of me carving myself out of that abyss.\u00a0 It is a journey of navigating mental health, debauchery, survival, redemption, rediscovery, and still maintaining faith in humanity.”<\/i><\/p>\n

Today Halestorm revealed “The Steeple,”<\/i><\/b><\/a>\u00a0the second single from\u00a0Back From The Dead<\/i>. “The Steeple<\/i>” follows the album’s title track, “Back From The Dead<\/i><\/b>,” released last fall.\u00a0 That track marked Halestorm’s sixth US #1 at rock radio, and met rave reviews: \u00a0Rolling Stone<\/i><\/a>\u00a0called it\u00a0“a biting, cathartic howler about overcoming obstacles — even death<\/i>,” and\u00a0Consequence<\/i><\/a>\u00a0praised frontwoman Lzzy Hale’s “powerhouse pipes<\/i>” and lead guitarist\u00a0Joe Hottinger’s<\/b>\u00a0“blistering solo<\/i>.” \u00a0Revolver<\/i><\/a>\u00a0declared it a “raucous, hard-rock rager about staying strong in the face of crushing adversity.”<\/i><\/p>\n
