\"\"<\/a>Sammy Hagar & The Circle<\/strong>\u00a0will release their debut album of original material,\u00a0Space Between<\/strong>\u00a0<\/em>on May 10 through BMG.<\/p>\n

The album, written by Hagar, unfolds like a novel with each song exploring a different chapter in a saga about money, greed, enlightenment and truth.<\/p>\n

The video for \u201cTrust Fund Baby,\u201d directed by\u00a0ZZ Satriani<\/strong>\u00a0(son of Hagar\u2019s longtime collaborator and friend\u00a0Joe Satriani)<\/strong>\u00a0is an extreme glimpse into the eighth track \u201cnailing what happens when kids are given too much money \u2013 to early in life \u2013 and it becomes an affliction,\u201d<\/p>\n

Hagar explains.\u00a0\u201cAll the money in the world isn\u2019t a guarantee for a good life.\u00a0 I\u2019m a believer in working hard and finding purposeful work \u2013 but that comes in a later chapter.<\/em>\u201d\u00a0ZZ Satriani, said of the process, “We were lucky because Sammy\u2019s writing style let us create the story quite literally from the lyrics<\/em>.\u201d<\/p>\n
