Formed in 2009, Imagine Dragons \u2013 frontman Dan Reynolds, guitarist Wayne Sermon, bassist Ben McKee and drummer Daniel Platzman \u2013 have had a massive past 12 months thanks to their third album,\u00a0Evolve<\/em>. Released in June 2017,\u00a0Evolve\u00a0<\/em>produced Billboard\u2019s second longest #1 single run in the US chart\u2019s history with\u00a0\u2018Believer\u2019<\/a>, also providing the band\u2019s fourth Top 10 hit in the majestic, beat-heavy\u00a0\u2018Thunder\u2019<\/a>. What\u2019s more, in 2017 Imagine Dragons were ranked the sixth most streamed band on Spotify worldwide!<\/p>\n

In Australia,\u00a0Evolve\u00a0<\/em>debuted at #4 on the ARIA Album Charts, coming in at #3 in New Zealand. The band collaborated closely with Swedish producers Mattman & Robin (Pink, Taylor Swift, Jason Derulo) and Joel Little (best known for Lorde\u2019s Pure Heroine) on their latest listen; driving the songwriting process was a desire to strip their sound back, culminating into a collection of songs featuring killer guitars, sensitive vocals and above all, unparalleled honesty.<\/p>\n

Currently on the\u00a0Evolve\u00a0<\/em>World Tour, the quartet initially built their grassroots following via an independently released string of EPs, before breaking out globally with multi-platinum debut album\u00a0Night Visions<\/em>\u00a0back in 2012. It would see them embark on their first world tour, which turned into an extensive five-year run.\u00a0Night Visions<\/em>\u00a0marked the first of several career highlights for Imagine Dragons, the album reaching #4 on the ARIA Album Chart and becoming Spotify\u2019s most-streamed album, thanks to smash hits including the diamond-selling\u00a0\u2018Radioactive\u2019<\/a>\u00a0\u2013 which took out \u2018Best Rock Performance\u2019 at the 2014 Grammys.<\/p>\n

Imagine Dragons continued their milestone-laden run with 2015\u2019s largely self-produced sophomore record,\u00a0Smoke + Mirrors<\/em>.
