\"\"<\/a>Venom Inc.<\/b>\u00a0FOR THE FIRST TIME IN AUSTRALIA! The formidable\u00a0Abaddon, Mantas\u00a0<\/b>and\u00a0Demolition Man<\/b>\u00a0descend on Aussie shores for their\u00a0Av\u00e9 Australis<\/i><\/b>\u00a0Tour in February 2018.<\/p>\n

Formed as\u00a0Venom<\/b>\u00a0in 1979 in Newcastle upon Tyne, England. And coming to prominence towards the end of the new wave of British heavy metal,\u00a0Venom’s<\/b>first two albums\u2014Welcome to Hell (1981)<\/b>\u00a0and\u00a0Black Metal (1982<\/b>)\u2014are considered a major influence on thrash metal and extreme metal in general. Venom’s second album proved influential enough that its title was used as the name of an extreme metal sub-genre: Black Metal.During the 80\u2019s,\u00a0Venom<\/b>\u00a0were THE extreme band, releasing more classic albums such as\u00a0At War With Satan, Possessed<\/b>\u00a0and countless classic, live albums, such as the Assault live album series and the legendary\u00a0Eine Kleine Nachtmusik<\/b>\u00a0Double LP and the\u00a0The Seventh Date of Hell: Live At Hammersmith Odeon<\/b>\u00a0Video which helped launch Metallica, who were the support band for Venom\u2019s tour.<\/p>\n

Following\u00a0Cronos\u2019\u00a0<\/b>departure from the band,\u00a0Tony Dolan (The Demolition Man)<\/b>\u00a0from\u00a0Atomkraft,<\/b>\u00a0stepped in filling\u00a0Cronos\u2019<\/b>\u00a0big, red boots, most admirably. And recording four releases with Venom:\u00a0Prime Evil (1989), Tear Your Soul Apart (1990), Temples of Ice (1991), The Waste Lands (1992).<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

The current line-up of The Demolition Man, Abaddon\u00a0<\/b>and\u00a0Mantas<\/b>\u00a0is now revered as the mighty Venom Inc. With brand new album\u00a0Av\u00e9\u00a0<\/i><\/b>out now on\u00a0Nuclear Blast Records<\/b>, hear select tracks from this album, as well as all the early Venom classics live and for the first time in Australia!!!<\/p>\n
