\n<\/a>Melbourne\u2019s High Tension<\/strong> will tour the East Coast of Australia in support of new album Death Beat<\/em> this November. The four piece \u2013 consisting of members of The Nation Blue<\/strong> and Young & Restless <\/strong>– will smash out a set in some of the country\u2019s best rock venues; Brisbane\u2019s Crowbar, Sydney\u2019s Spectrum and Melbourne\u2019s home of rock, The Tote.<\/p>\n

High Tension offer up a preview of their live show in new video for the ominous Mountain Of Dead<\/em>. Recorded in the depths of the Aussie bush (terrain courtesy of The Cosmic Psychos\u2019 Ross Knight) where stumbling upon decayed animal skeletons is fairly commonplace, Mountain Of Dead<\/em>is a tense tune. It feels as if the bushfire that erupts behind the band mid-vid could pretty plausibly have sprung from the strings of Ash Pegram\u2019s guitar or Karina Utomo\u2019s manic glare.<\/p>\n
