\"\"<\/a>August 28th, 2013\u00a0 –\u00a0Birmingham, AL rock band Lynam<\/strong>, will release it\u2019s new EP entitled \u201cHalfway To Hell<\/em><\/strong>\u201d October 15th via New Ocean Media.\u00a0 The band has made the song ‘Wrong Side Of The Grave<\/strong>‘\u00a0available for streaming via SoundCloud<\/strong> below and a free download via their Facebook <\/a>page.<\/p>\n

\u201cHalfway To Hell<\/em><\/strong>\u201d was produced by the band and longtime producer Jason Elgin<\/strong> (Collective Soul, Maylene And The Sons Of Disaster, Terrible Things<\/strong>). The song \u2018Wrong Side Of The Grave<\/strong>\u2019 was produced and co-written with Bruno Agra<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Lynam<\/strong> consists of Jacob Bunton (lead vocals, guitar), David Lynam (drums, vocals), Cody Elliott (Bass, Vocals), and Lonny Paul (guitar, vocals).<\/p>\n

In 2006, Lynam<\/strong> signed a deal with DRT\/Universal Records<\/strong> and released the critically acclaimed album \u201cSlave To The Machine\u201d<\/em><\/strong>. This album peaked at #21 on Billboard’s Top Independent Albums chart <\/strong>and #19 on the Heat- seekers chart. The first single \u2018Tanis<\/strong>\u2019 went to #1 on both the active rock independent and main-stream rock independent charts. The band\u2019s 2008 album \u201cTragic City Symphony<\/em><\/strong>\u201d<\/em> was released on Megaforce \/ Mascot Records<\/strong> and featured the radio singles \u2018Save My Soul<\/strong>\u2019, \u2018Lindsay Says<\/strong>\u2019, and \u2018Porn Star<\/strong>\u2019. All three singles reached the top 10 on the active rock independent chart with \u2018Save My Sou<\/strong>l\u2019 reaching top 5 with over 10 million in audience. Several of the album\u2019s songs were also used in motion pictures, MTV, VH1, HBO, and video games. A Live album entitled \u201cThank You Goodnight!<\/em><\/strong>\u201d<\/em> was released November 2010 through Island Def Jam\/New Ocean Media. Shortly after the release of \u201cThank You Goodnight!<\/em><\/strong>\u201d, frontman Jacob Bunton<\/strong> joined up with former Guns N Roses<\/strong> Drummer Steven Adler<\/strong> to form the band Adler<\/strong> and bassist Mark Dzier<\/strong> left to film the movie Rock Of Ages<\/strong> as part of the fictitious band Arsenal<\/strong> led by Tom Cruise<\/strong><\/p>\n
