Throughout history bands have tried to meld multiple genres (punk\/metal\/hardcore\/rock\/), and most have failed spectacularly. KVELERTAK <\/strong>present a sound that fuses so many heavy elements successfully, they\u2019re impossible to ignore. \u201cExtreme metal and rock & roll had cohabitated before\u2026but rarely with such sheer ballsy flair.\u201d<\/em>\u00a0Pitchfork<\/p>\n

On KVELERTAK\u2019S<\/strong> latest album \u2018Meir\u2019 they remain wildly unpredictable. But \u201cMeir<\/em> rules. It\u2019s weird, it\u2019s creepy, it\u2019s unstable, but man, there\u2019s art here, something that few bands can boast.
