MARKS BAND\u2019S FIRST STUDIO ALBUM OF ALL-NEW MATERIAL IN 11 YEARS<\/strong><\/p>\n

ALBUM\u2019S FIRST TWO SINGLES SIMULTANEOUSLY IMPACTING RADIO THIS WEEK: \u201cWHAT COULD HAVE BEEN LOVE\u201d AND \u201cLOVER A LOT\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

There has been a witch\u2019s brew boiling for 10 years, and America\u2019s greatest rock band is about to blow the cover off.<\/p>\n

On November 2nd<\/strong>, Steven Tyler<\/strong> (vocals), Joe Perry<\/strong> (guitar), Brad Whitford<\/strong> (guitar), Tom Hamilton<\/strong> (bass) and Joey Kramer<\/strong> (drums) will release MUSIC FROM ANOTHER DIMENSION<\/span><\/strong> through Sony Music Australia.\u00a0 It marks the band\u2019s 15th<\/sup> studio album and their first studio album of all-new material in 11 years. The album was recorded in Los Angeles<\/strong> and at the band\u2019s studio in Massachusetts; <\/strong>it was produced by Jack Douglas, Steven Tyler <\/strong>and Joe Perry, <\/strong>with the exception of three tracks<\/strong> produced by Tyler<\/strong> and Marti Frederiksen<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

MUSIC FROM ANOTHER DIMENSION<\/span><\/strong>\u2019s first two singles will be released simultaneously to radio this week, \u201cWhat Could Have Been Love\u201d<\/strong> and \u201cLover A Lot\u201d<\/strong>.\u00a0 The album features 15 new tracks, including two songs that audiences in North America<\/strong> were treated to on the first leg of the band\u2019s triumphant, sold-out \u201cGlobal Warming Tour\u201d<\/strong>: \u201cOh Yeah\u201d<\/strong> and \u201cLegendary Child<\/strong>.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

MUSIC FROM ANOTHER DIMENSION<\/span><\/strong> presents AEROSMITH<\/strong> in ferociously fine form and at the peak of their powers.\u00a0 They\u2019re the only band of their stature with all-original members and who are playing better than ever have before.\u00a0 The album abounds with one highlight after another, including \u201cOut Go The Lights,\u201d \u201cOh Yeah,\u201d<\/strong> \u201cLuv XXX,\u201d \u201cWe All Fall Down,\u201d<\/strong> \u201cStreet Jesus\u201d <\/strong>and \u201cCan\u2019t Stop Loving You,\u201d <\/strong>on which Tyler <\/strong>duets <\/strong>with Carrie Underwood.\u00a0 <\/strong>The album also includes \u201cFreedom Fighter\u201d <\/strong>which features Johnny Depp <\/strong>on backing vocals.\u00a0 See the full track listing below.<\/strong><\/p>\n

AEROSMITH<\/strong> wrapped their U.S.<\/strong> tour August 12<\/strong> in Bristow, VA.<\/strong> The dates included the band\u2019s triumphant, sold-out return to the legendary Hollywood Bowl<\/strong> (August 6<\/strong>) in Los Angeles, <\/strong>where Depp <\/strong>joined the band onstage.\u00a0 <\/strong>A new leg of fall dates will soon be announced to support the release of MUSIC FROM ANOTHER DIMENSION.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s not that it took ten years,\u201d STEVEN TYLER<\/strong> says, \u201cbut that we were busy getting ready!\u201d<\/p>\n

“This is the album we wanted to make since the band got back together in 1984,\u201d JOE PERRY<\/strong> says.\u00a0\u201cCan’t complain about number one singles or album-driven sold-out world tours, as we blaze the Aerosmith trail with our fans.\u00a0 But this is the record that when the five of us are in a room yelling turn up the volume, that room could be 1325 Commonwealth Avenue (a reference to the band\u2019s first apartment where they lived and wrote their first song).\u201d<\/p>\n
