The two record labels entered a formal agreement\u00a0which will see Shock Records\u00a0promote, market and release\u00a0the US label\u2019s heavy music priorities in Australia &amp; New Zealand.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">Shock and Razor &amp; Tie have teamed up\u00a0in recent years\u00a0to work on individual acts such as\u00a0<strong>All That Remains<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Brand New<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>Norma Jean<\/strong>. Under the new arrangement, the first acts brought to the forefront will be\u00a0<strong>P.O.D.<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>For Today<\/strong>\u00a0with new albums from both acts due out in 2012.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">As Australia\u2019s largest independent\u00a0record label, Shock Records has always had a keen eye for heavy music and have been responsible for the success of artists such as\u00a0<strong>Bring Me The Horizon<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Alexisonfire<\/strong>\u00a0and<strong>\u00a0The Bronx<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">Razor &amp; Tie is a New York-based independent entertainment entity that includes a full-service record label with major distribution, along with media buying and music publishing divisions. Since its creation 20 years ago, R&amp;T has sold over 40 million units and garnered multiple Grammy Awards solidifying its place as a leading entertainment company in the United States.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">\u201cAll of us at Razor &amp; Tie are excited to be joining forces with our friends at Shock.
